Oh my gosh I saw this picture posted on my cousin's blog of little Penny and I almost died. She is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!!!! This weekend my cousin Chelsey and her husband Daniel came into town for a little bit. I was really sad that I didn't get to see them that much, from the looks of the background of this picture my family was up to something fun. Then again it is always a party of some sort at my Aunt's house.Seriously...I see that Joan's bag and I am jealous of whatever they were concocting.
